Scott Hooks - COOScott has almost 20 years of experience helping businesses improve process efficiency, reduce costs, and get the most out of their investments in information technology. In 2004, he joined a small consulting firm and led the business to 10x growth the next 5 years by driving sales, recruiting expert consultants, and creating a culture of passion for helping customers implement innovative solutions. This growth ultimately led to recognition as one of IBM's strongest professional services partners and the sale of the business to a larger company. As the GM of services for that company, Scott continued to lead growth of the consulting division through a very difficult economy and was eventually promoted to COO. It was then that he realized that his true passion was in building a business that works closely with customers to help them achieve their goals though effective use of information technology. As a result, he assembled a core team of consultants and founded Best Methods with one mission: Make Our Customers Successful.
